Blog Tour: Ricochet by Krista Ritchie and Becca Ritchie

As a sex addict, Lily Calloway must do the impossible. Stay celibate for 90 days.

Cravings and fantasies become her new routine, but while Loren Hale recovers from his alcohol addiction, Lily wonders if he’ll realize what a monster she really is. After all, her sexual compulsions begin to rule her life the longer she stays faithful to him.

Progress. That’s what Lily’s striving for. But by trying to become closer to her family—people who aren’t aware of her addiction—she creates larger obstacles. When she spends time with her youngest sister, she learns more about her than she ever imagined and senses an unsettling connection between Daisy and Ryke Meadows.

With Lily and Lo’s dysfunctional relationship teetering and unbalanced, they will need to find a way to reconnect from miles apart. But the inability to “touch” proves to be one of the hardest tests on their road to recovery. Some love brushes the surface. Some love is deeper than skin.

Lily and Lo have three months to discover just how deep their love really goes.

Includes the first chapter to the sequel Addicted for Now.

Companion to the Sequel: A full-length New Adult Romance that continues where Addicted to You left off. As a companion novel, it bridges the gap between the first and second book. It is highly recommended to be read before Addicted for Now.

Review:

This series is addictive!  I love Lo and Lily and am pulling for them, hoping, praying that they can make this work.

An amazing book with such a tough subject-sex addiction.  It starts up with Lo in rehab for his alcoholism and Lily wondering how she'll deal with her sex addiction while he is away.  It is heartbreaking to see her struggle and to do so mostly alone as not many people know what she is dealing with.  Rose is an amazing support, but has many issues of her own that should be dealt with.  Ryke is there to help purely out of loyalty for his brother as his distrust of Lily and her commitment to Lo is quite obvious.   I love Lo and Lily and am pulling for them, hoping, praying that they can make this work.  The Skype scene was hot and heartbreaking.

Through flash backs you see the serious co-dependency/enabling that has taken place between these two for so long. It's tough at times to read. I just hope the love these two have can keep them together and they can become each others support vs downfall.

Lily's family is beyond a mess, and it is easy to see where her issues have all come from. I am pulling for Rose and  Connor but a bit disconcerted about whatever appears to be brewing between Daisy and Ryke. I hope the book fast forwards a few years before anything comes of them.

Overall not my preference/style for a romance novel, but exceptionally well written and I will admit that I am now hooked and anxiously awaiting the next book to see where Lo and Lily's story goes next. - Tynna
