Kylie Scott has become one of my favorite authors! I am loving the Stage Dive series!
I had very high expectations for Mal's book from meeting him in Lick, Stage Dive #1, and Kylie far surpassed everything I could have hoped for!
I love Mal's personality and was so looking forward to seeing who he could possibly be paired with. Anne is his perfect match! I loved them together. I honestly could not put this down once I started reading it, which made for a very, very late night for me, but completely worth it! They were so fun and funny together (that bathtub scene was perfection!), but still held my interest with depth to their characters and their story.
I am always a sucker for the fake relationships turning into something more. But this was definitely not your cookie cutter storyline. I was laughing, crying, and crying while laughing. The things that came out of Mal's mouth - hysterical! And Anne certainly held her own as well. Watching them grow as individuals and as a couple was heartwarming, fun, crazy, unexpected, and just all around perfect.
